  Montpelier, Ypsilanti, Jamestown, or New Rockford
2) You graduated from: Oakes, LaMoure, Montpelier,
  Jamestown, or New Rockford High Schools
3) You currently attend or graduated from Jamestown College

Location: Montpelier High School gymnasium, Montpelier

Awards: $500 Scholarship
  Entrance to Miss North Dakota competition
