MISSION STATEMENT / VISION

The purpose and commitment of the Miss North Dakota Scholarship Organization is to recognize potential, reward achievement and promote women throughout North Dakota by providing opportunities to develop interview and communication skills, enhance performance capability, encourage a healthy life style, and build self-esteem and self-confidence through competition. In addition, provide scholarship dollars to encourage women in North Dakota to continue their education in preparation for their future.

ABOUT MISS NORTH DAKOTA

Miss North Dakota serves in many roles throughout her year reign. One of the strongest is as a role model for youth as she often goes on a statewide school speaking tour. She shares about her platform issue, sometimes partnering with organizations affiliated with her chose cause. She also performs her talent at numerous venues, competes at the national Miss America pageant, and makes a wide variety of other appearances across North Dakota and the Upper Midwest region. Each Miss North Dakota carryies her own legacy from having served as our state titleholder.
